Every week we bring down a variety of iced, caffine free, herbal tea to market. They are sold by the cup and will vary by what herbs are available. Some of our more standard weekly brews include Ginger Cayenne sweetened with Maple Syrup, Basil & Mint (this is a variety of over six varieties of basil and peppermint), and Lavender and Applemint. Besides these more regular teas we use the follwing herbs to provide other varieties, depending on what we have growing abundantly at the farm: lemon balm, spearmint, peppermint, rose petals and hips, red clover, stinging nettle, lemon verbena, stevia, and chamomile.
We offer all of our teas unsweetened, but can satisfy a sweet tea desire by offering honey water on the side. We dilute honey with a little hot water, to make it easy to dissolve in your chilled beverage. Stevia water is also available as a mild sweetner.
